I wrote a Build Your own PC guide. If you have the time, have a read, what dyou think? It's also got a PC maintenace check list and useful tools list... Any comments would be cool..

It's using all old hardware, don't see the point personally!

There are no sata ports on that motherboard!

Yeh it's a pretty good guide. Only thing that struck me is your a little out of date in components. You don't mention things like Sata 3, SSDS, USB3 that kind of thing. Also maybe a look into the different GPU vendors like you did with CPU's?

not sure how good the guide is but i couldn't get past the first spelling mistake.
