I'm still a bit confused on that password thing, as I would not be able to share info in the locked folder with people unless they know the password? I'll have to mess around with it.

from memory, you can save different user names and different passwords on a folder. so you could give access to different people with different passwords

but yes, you would have to give people the passwords in advance, or they would have to email you to get a passord
