Building a budget gaming system - need a little help.

Hello guys

I have a following problem.
I need a PC to run World of Warcraft at 60 fps on ultra settings.
And I don't want to spend a single penny more than I really have to.

Normally it wouldn't be a problem and I could build the rig myself, but I never built a budget gaming pc, only high end rigs.

Does anyone know what kind of hardware I need?
Budget is tight, it's no more than 600 gbp.
I need a screen but don't need a system.
I only need one ssd for sytem I have some HDDs for other stuff.
I don't need mouse or keyboard.

My priorities are:
1. WoW at ultra settings and 60 FPS
2. Wi-Fi capability (I may not have the ability to use cable connection)
3. It would be great if system was fairly quiet - I really hate loud pc's.

Any suggestions?

I am playing a bit with different configurations.
I managed to find a 'golden spot' I think.

My problem was that I always had a high end pc, so I had no comparison.
Now I know, thanks ;)

It sure is going to feel weird, after years of living in UK and using high end gear, then moving back to 'old country' and buying some low end pc ;)
