Building a cheap pc

What motherboard should i be using to build a Cheap Intel Core 2 setup? I've never built a pc before so i'd be looking for something easy to work with. Thanks

going to need a bit more information regarding the existing bits you are going to be using. For example, DDR2 or DDR3 ram?
