Hi guys. I'm very out of touch with the latest parts that are on offer these days but I am looking to upgrade my machine. I need to get the best value for money possible as the budget is tightish (not looking to go over £500).

I need a machine that will be able to capture game footage at a decent quality for youtube videos. So it would have to be able to run and record the latest titles in the best settings possible staying over at least 25 fps.

Could anyone possibly recommend me any good components for the key parts of the system that they have had experience with or know to be good. So good motherboard, ram, gfx card and cpu that would do the job.

thanks very much for any possible help!

Hey guys! Thanks very much for the help. The recommendations are just what I'm looking for. On a sidenote, I will also be looking just to upgrade the Graphics Card on my old pc to just have it running as optimally as possible.

These are the basic specs of this pc.

Intel Pentium G620 2.60GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail
MSI H61M-E33 Intel H61 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard **B3 REVISION**
Corsair Builder Series CX 430W V2 '80 Plus' Power Supply (CMPSU-430CXUKV2)
Kingston Blu 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9AD3B1K2/4G)
OcUK GeForce 9800 GT 1024MB GDDR3 PCI-Express Graphics Card - OEM

I think the card might be bottlenecking this system somewhat but I'm unsure, games don't run that well and I feel like they should run better. Could anyone suggest a good affordable graphics card (£80 - £120) that would supplement this build?
