Building a custom CPU only loop

Just a quick question, is the XSPC Dual 750 Bay Reservoir & Pump any good. The reviews here vary quite a bit. Wondering if i should get this or get the two seperate

ive been looking at the reviews on the res and pump combi myself and have gone for separate res/pump myself so i would say go for the separate option.

I have the smaller version (single bay) and its more then fine for a cpu only loop, so the dual bay version with a more powerfull pump will be better. My bay res/pump goes through a 240 rad and cpu block, and comfortably cools my I7.

The only pumps really that would be better are the DDC's with res tops, or the vario with res, but both those are a lot more money.

So it will be more then fine for what you are wanting to cool.
