Building a kickass gaming rig

Came across these videos today and thought some people who were new to computer building might be interested in whats involved.

I like the idea of the video review but some of the things he says are just strange.

He begins saying that people buy off the shelf PC's beacuse the prospect of building your own is daunting.

A bit further on he talks about the motherboard he as bought, Asus P5W and the in the same context stalks talking about what speed AMD CPU you should be looking for although he finally chose and Intel Core 2 Duo 6400 !!!!

There was a fair bit of what he said was just plaing wrong!

that dude is on speed or has inhaled too many fumes from the psu's he has blown.
