Building a Media Centre help

And can you have dual hdmi`s from a single card one going to the tv and the other going to the amp, os when i just want to watch it in stereo i can use the tv and then if i watch anything with the 5.1 sound formats or 7.1 formats i can turn my amp on and watch it thta way is this possable ?

would this be ok as i have herd the 4770 chip is good but would this gfx card do and will it run windows 7 as well as 1080p mkvs

what motherboard whould i get to go for this
