Building a new Gaming system. HELP please :D

Hello there! This is my first thread on this forum ( I'm sorry if there is another one similar with this one ) and I would like to ask you if these components for a pc are worth it. I don't want to spend too much money on a pc while I could build something similar and cheaper I would like to handle bf3 and similar games at 70+fps on maxed out settings

gpu: MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning

cpu: intel core i5 3570K unlocked quad core

motherboard: ASRock Z77 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1155 DDR3

ram: Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer O+B 8GB 2X4GB PC3-12800 DDR3

audio card: Asus Xonar DX 7.1 PCI-Express Sound Card

You can replace the 680, with a 670, both very similar.
Do you have high end speakers or headphones? If not then no need for a sound card.

I recommend the following.

The 670 performs within a few % of the 680 and is far cheaper. Alternatively, there is a the 7950 from AMD which offers the best bang-for-buck.

7950 hands down for me, every time, very under estimated card, works great in games and very good for the price, easy to over clock as well

After I saw your post I got -£300 in my basket xD ! but what i want to ask you is . how will this system perform on bf3 ultra for example ? i saw that on gtx 680 lightening edition performs with 100-160 fps

680 achieves 100-160 fps? Doubt it - need to see proof for like-for-like comparison.

The 7950 matches the 670 in terms of performance and can hit 60 fps at 1080p. Here are some benchmarks:
