Building a New PC - Advice Appreciated

Hi all,

Specs below:

Ryzen 5 7600X
MSI B650
32gb DDR5-6000
RTX 5080

Can anyone see anywhere for potential upgrades. PC is only used for gaming.

Leave it. Maybe upgrade other things. Better quality monitor, more storage, NAS, audio streamer, keyboard, mouse, joystick, steering wheel, colour laser printer, 3D printer, speakers, headphone amp, subwoofer, new desk or chair

No point throwing money into a PC unless you really have to.

lol just seen 4k ok a 9700x would be a nice CPU for that res

if mainly gaming and budget allows go for an x3d chip

What is your budget?

Could get B850 motherboard (but B650 is ok) and X3D CPU. Make sure you get EXPO C30 RAM.

Just an example, have added a cooler if needed.

thats not a bad spec system
depending on the cooler you could upgrade for silent running, and even a nice case. but your system spec is ok for now
