I'm Building my first PC soon - i.e. next week
The spec I've got is:

AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 945 3.0GHz (Socket AM3)

Asus M4A79T Deluxe AMD 790FX (Socket AM3) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard

OCZ Platinum AM3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C7 1333MHz Dual Channel

Powercolor ATI Radeon HD 4870 1GB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache

LG GH22NP20 22x DVD±RW IDE Dual Layer ReWriter

Titan TTC-NK85TZ Fenrir CPU Cooler

Antec 900 Nine Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case

OCZ ModXStream Pro 700w Silent SLI Ready ATX2 Modular Power Supply

I'd just like a second opinion before I go ahead and buy it

Thanks

depending on your budget maybe go for the 955 black edition processor.

change the powercolour to something like the xfx (bout £5 dearer) as they have a 2yr warrenty rather than the powercolours 1 yr.

swap the LG dvd/rw to a sata version.

go for the V2 of the antec 900 case, supposed to be an improved model, might be worth checking the case forum to see what people think.

Ok Thanks
I've made the adjustments and It all fits within budget(just)
Strangely, the 955 is cheaper than the 945...
Anyway thanks for the advice
