phemon 955/965/970 i dont really know whitch one i dont really want to spend more then if i can help it unless the 970 is worth it?
rig will be used for gaming and flight sim X

Grab yourself a 955, It'll still clock to 3.8Ghz the same as a 965 or 970, spend the cash on a better cooler.

Your in good stead then, if you get one of the better chips you should see 4ghz.

Use any H50 or H70.

If using H50, add another fan.

got a h-50 with 2 fans in one rig and in this new rig a custom loop (atm its an athlon )
