Will be as low power as possible, on board graphics, etc, 45w amd cpu but 4 HDD's, will 250w be enough?

Maybe.. it's marginal, but I don't know of any decent 250w PSUs made today. Is this an old generic PSU we're talking about, or a good PSU from a recognised manufacturer?
