Building a PC for a friend need some advice

Hi guys ill try and make this quick and easy, Im building a pc for my friend out of spares i have and i just need a graphics card. He has a budget of around £60-80 or so.

The spec i have is;

C2D 1.86 (will overclock to as close to 3ghz i can get it)
2gb pc6400
abit fatality mobo
400w PSU

He is going to be playing warhammer online mainly, And abit of Left 4 Dead.

I know warhammer is meant to be CPU dependant so apparently the graphics isnt that important, But i dont want to bottleneck anything if possible.

new i'd look at something like the 4670, but may be worth looking for a 2nd hand 4850.

1280x768, I was looking at the 4670 which looks like good value.

I swear graphics cards are well confusing now! And i keep kinda up to date with hardware aswell!

reckon the 4670 will do the job then for that res, have a google see what offers are around for the 4850s as well.

I just realised that i will probably have to get a new PSU, as my old one was abit dodgy and dont want to give him something that could fail in a couple of months.

I will be getting him the 4670, I noticed that it doesnt need any additional power which is nice, What PSU would u advice? Taking into account that i dont really have that much money left, And i know its not a good idea to buy a cheap psu for obvious reasons.
