Hello, i have a budget of about £1000 to build a Gaming PC. I will not be playing loads of games, mainly GTA5, Sims, Skyrim etc. could someone help me out with the best bits to buy for this PC? Looking at midi towers etc. only need to sort the case and components as i am able to sort the rest

AMD are dropping AM5 socket and AMD 7000 series CPU's in 7-10 days time so it's worth waiting to see what effect that will have on the market. You prob wont be able to buy the new AMD/AM5 components on your budget, but it could effect intel pricing and should have an impact on AM4 and AMD 5000 series CPUS's pricing which would be beneficial to your budget

I don't know what air cooler to suggest, but there's £35 or so that you can use, if the Pure Rock 2 is removed.

Honest opinion its a terrible time to build literally a week before a major launch. Much better to sit on it for 7-14 days and see what deals appear on existing tech due to the new tech releases then look to buy.
