Building a server for low power consumption?

Hi folks,

Can anyone recommend a mobo and CPU for low pwoer consumption? I have everything else but stuck on deciding which of these to go for?

Are they all pretty similar with onboard gfx? Are Pentium dual cores any good power consumption-wise?

Any advice would be appreciated

Have settled on an Ion based Atom system...just deciding whether to build my own or to go for something like Acer's R3600 and just add on USB drives. Linux install as it's not actually needing to play any content just run server apps and be on 24/7 From a review it uses around 20-25W when powered on with a 160GB drive.

It comes with Ubuntu preinstalled, plus people have even got XBMC running it.
