Building a small gaming PC

Hello, I am looking to build a small gaming pc. I'm not looking to play Metro or Crysis 3 on max settings. I tend to play games such as Simcity 5 and Civ 5. I want to play them at 1080p. With this in mind I have created a list of parts. Please can somebody offer me advice as to if it will be suitable.

Dont know about the length, but the manufacturers website says it's a low-profile slot with a width of 2.95"

I could use one of these but there isnt a case that would have a hole for the gpu elsewhere

I forgot to mention my current pc has a gtx 650 ti which I want to beat. The gtx 750 ti offers a marginal improvement.
