building a system to run FSX ,with £700.00

my first post here and would welcome advice and opinion on my build of a PC to run MICROSOFT FSX on a budget of aprox £700.00 not including monitor or keyboard & mouse although would welcome advice on them too , would look to spend £200.00 on a monitor 24in ???
