Hi Guys,

My friend wants me to help him build a rig to play wow on.
His at uni so budget is so tight. He has £600 to spend on a rig. He has an oldish 19" monitor 4:3 ratio that will do for the mean time but in 6 months he'll wants a new monitor
The rig will be used for WoW and Battlefield 2/3 when it comes out.
He wants something that will last him years to come.

He has a Samsung f3 500GB hard drive, OS, keyboard, mouse etc.

Ahhh I was hoping you wpi;d spec me stulid.
Looks good, im intrigued why you suggested an older 480 over a newer 560?
Will a 530 PSU be able to handle a graphics upgrade if he wanted in 2 years or so?
I should have mentioned his not really into overclocking, i agree with having a 3rd party cooler even if his not overclocking but do you think money can be saved here by using the stock cooler?

I have changed the spec a bit, use the stock cooler, and added a reason for the GTX480.
