Building an altoids cmoy, need perfboard.

hey guys, i am going to build my self an altoids amp using the instructions on tangesoft. over the past 2 weeks i have been stocking up on components to help me with projects like this. here is what i have
4 AA Battery Holder
2 AA Enclosed Battery Holder
4xAA Battery Holder With 9V Style Snap Connectors
9V Battery replacement Snap Connectors
Voltage Regulator - 1 Amp +5Vdc
Universal Solderless Breadboard
Solderless Breadboard Jumper Wire Kit
PC Board Stand-Offs
Solder-Type 8 Pin Dip Ic Socket
DPDT Mini Toggle
SPST Submini Pc Board Toggle Switch
Resisters - Assorted-Ohm 0.5 W (pk 100)
weller 40w soldering iron with stand.

i have sourced the op-amps (OPA2132PA) from a uk dealer.
all i need now are the caps, case components (potentiometer, jacks ect) 22guage wire and the perfboard (radioshack grid style pc board)
but i am unsuer where i can purchase these from

for the life of me i cant find any of the perfboards in the uk that are in stock.

so i am here for help

The usual electronic etailers have the kind of think you're looking for. Try searching for Veroboard, stripboard, or project board.

Also, there's a large thread in the HiFi forum called The DIY Audio Thread, this would be better suited in there.

And why do you need a 5V regulator?
