Building first PC - May need some answers

It'll be fine, as far as I know most Sandy Bridge systems can actually run their RAM at 1.65V without any issues. If you're worried you could always run that RAM at 1333MHz 1.5V.

It'll overclock fine, overclocking on SB systems is just using the CPU multiplier anyway so RAM speed isn't really relevant to the overclocking.

Right, just installed the stock intel heatsink and it feels rather... Flimsy? Is that fine or should it be absolutely solid?

Yea it seems fine now, definitely not a fan (no pun intended haha) of the push pin method. It doesn't say anything in the manual about twisting the lock things

Been trying to get the motherboard in for about 30 minute now. It just doesn't want to fit, the standoffs supplied just seem too high for the things to fit through IO panel... Any suggestions to make it any easier?

1.5v?? Think you're getting your voltages mixed up....your RAM is rated to run at 1600Mhz with the set timings at 1.65v and doesnt have any reflection on how you overclock the CPU using the CPU multiplier.....and I wouldnt go running 1.5v through the CPU thats VERY high.....just making sure you dont fry it. :)

Just to add if you're overclocking using the stock cooler go up in small amounts (200Mhz or so) and be careful to check the load temps.
