Building for the first time....

Right guys, where to start?

By selecting the parts maybe? Or do you already have them?

No, don't have a clue mate.

Don't know where to start or what I need.

You need to specifcy your budget and what you want out of the system (i.e. what you'll be using it for). That way, these guys will be able to sort you out.

Well I'm not really sure what a sensible budget would be...?

All I use it for is listening to music, browsing the web and playing Football Manager.

For that you don't need a powerful PC, but would you think you'd be playing any new games that come out?

Don't play games on PC as I have a PS3 and 360, it's only Football Manager that I play.
