If anyone can help me in building a new pc to suit around my needs!! Info- I have my xbox one which I use with an lcd tv 1080p and it runs 60hz" and I would like to build a pc to fit along side them , I play a lot of driving games and I want to run them on pc, I don't need anything over spec only to fit around my tv although hitting ultra setting would be nice, I would like a micro ATX case size for portability, I will be taking it to friends so I want to easily put it in my car, I would need WIFI as I cant always use ethernet cables at some locations.
As far as my budget goes I am open to what ever price I need to pay for a good all round gaming hub , please don't included power supply because I already have a spare "Seasonic focus gold plus 550"

Well then I'd go with Phenom if you don't mind the extra size. Lot easier to work with, not just for the build but to tinker with later if needed. And the MSI B450M Mortar.

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £408.66 (includes shipping: £11.70)

Add:

Ryzen 5 2600X - £160
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz - £112.34

Could throw in a couple more 120mm fans for the top of the case to help cool the RX 580. Like Arctic Cooling P12 120mm. If you end up with four case fans in total (case brings two), you'll need a fan splitter:

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £14.97

Take care not to sit the Phenom on a carpet. The PSU won't be able to exhaust at all. There's like 15mm of space only and it's a PSU killer like the ITX version (latter if PSU dust filter isn't cleaned regularly).

Note that the motherboard above will not fit in the Kolink Satellite as the Satellite is not a true micro-ATX case. It only fits a few undersized "micro-ATX" as well as ITX boards.

I think I am still missing wifi , what option should I go for there?

Either in my #6 post should be fine. I'd just go for AC1200 as it's not much more and would use the second short PCI-e 2.0 x1 slot, not the longer bottom 2.0 x16 slot, so it doesn't lower the GPU's 3.0 x16 slot to x8 (not that it should matter but still).

Netflix recommends 25Mbps wireless for streaming 4K, for example. So even AC600 (actual max speed of of 433 Mbps) would be fine.

You can also find
Asus 90IG02T1-BM0000 AC1300 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter

for £26.99 elsewhere, if you'd rather it was USB to leave the PCI-e slots free.

since you've got a small PSU at 140mm long, 280mm cards can fit in the Kolink case, along with getting wifi and bluetooth

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £533.62 (includes shipping: £11.70)

will draw less power and heat then rx/vega cards

as above, get the 2600x for £160 and also the aorus itx board is in stock.

RX 580 dragon card should also fit in the case i believe

and you'll get your 2 free games

500gb ssd above is a nice price to!

I like this build and includes wifi on board , regarding the gtx1660ti would this not be a bit overkill for them , I guess if you where using 4k or maybe want more fps if would be good

most likely, yes!

https://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/software/forza_horizon_4_pc_performance_review/9

looking at 90 fps at high with 1080p - could upscale to 1440p though - though have a feeling OP might wish to change to ultra wide 1080p after getting a nice racing sim rig :D TVs would have input lag etc

gtx 1660 should be out next week , though thought it was 8th ...

might stir up RX pricing a little bit - have to see .
