Building Gaming PC Please Help

Hi All!!

At the moment I have Dell T5500 2x Intel xenon Hex core 2.88GHz -16GB DDR 3 Ram and AMD R9 Tri-x 290 Graphics card.

I will like to have good Gaming PC but I don't have Hi budget .

What you think about:
Intel I5 4690K Processor
Asus Z97-AR Motherboard
Teamgroup Elite DDR3 16GB 1600MHz
AMD R9 Tri-x 290 Graphics card

Is this any good to swap with my old PC ?

Please help or suggest

Hi

I have run 3DMark ( the basic Directx 11 ) and the score shows ''above Gaming PC '' with 12474 score

Wind 7 shows:
Processor 7.8
RAM 7.9
Graphics 7.9
3D Graphics 7.9
I don't have any lags in game but fps some times shows 140/120

Some people said that the xenon processor is not for games .

So should I change my old setup ?

you have a strong system at present. for games though it lacks in single core strength where the i5 comes into play.

what games are you playing? would you see much higher fps with building something new?
would the outlay be worth it?

So should I stay with my present system?

Games are:
WoT
Black ops 1/2
GTA V
Sleeping Dogs

I thought that the graphics card is good enough

What do you mean better cooler ? just for the card or for the tower ?

So basicaly I can stay with my system and I don't have to spend £400 for a new setup right ?
My 2 processors have 24 cores 12 each so I think it is good enough....?
