How much do you pay in building insurance as a % of the rebuild cost? (not home contents insurance)

I'm paying 1.8% purely for the the rebuild cost of the block of flats, is that expensive? I tried google but gave up after the wall of insurance company forms, I just need a rough estimate.

I would have thought that was expensive. I can ask someone who would know tomorrow. Do you own the entire block, and insuring the lot, or one specific flat within the block?

For my house, building and contents I pay in the region of 0.2% of the rebuild cost.

EDIT: I'm paying 0.23%pa for rebuild cost, so it's about the same as yours, thanks.
