Well I'm new to Overclockers and building computers in general and well its time I upgraded and learnt how to make my own one rather than wasting money on a ****** one from the shops.

Here's what I'm thinking of getting at the moment.

Zalman Z11 Plus Midi Tower Gaming Case (£69.99)

Workstation PRO Z68 Intel Core i7 2700K 3.50GHz @ 4.50GHz DDR3 Overclocked Bundle - 16GB (£549.99)

I currently have a 1tb hard drive and a random dvd drive so i'll just use those and I'll need a decent/good enough graphics card and solid state drive. Can anyone help me out ?

Thanks a lot for the help and £970 is a little bit too much from me since im a student and trying my best to even get £700. I'l be using the computer mainly for editing and a little bit of gaming as well.

I already have a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate so that'll make things a lot cheaper and also will I need a power supply ? I've been trying to research why I'd need one but whats the difference between having one and not ?

The PSU is what supplies the power to the parts. You wont get far without one.
