Have you the manual in front of you. Go to 1-7 Internal Connectors and just work your way through. Start with the 8pin cpu power connecter and the 24pin mobo power connecter.

They’ll be a 8 pin (or 4 pin) connector near the CPU socket.

Top left hand corner, near the back ports. It`s an 8pin.

Got the fans in, Do I have to do anything with the battery? and does it matter if the fans are plugged in 2 and 3 and not 1?

Are you sure about that, i am looking at the manual and it shows an 8pin cpu connecter. The 4pin you have used, does it have another 4pin connecter attached. This is the psu to cpu connecter you should be using 1 x 4+4-pin ESP/12V CPU.

You are right,but the manual shows an 8pin.

Leave the battery alone.

Fan headers shouldn't matter, but they might. What does the manual have to say on the subject?

Rev 1 = 4 pin.
Rev 1.1 = 8 pin.

Connect cpu fan to cpu fan connecter. Chassis fans you can connect to any of the other fan connecters.

You're making this harder than it needs to be (as the Bishop said to the...).

The only connections you really need to check it's going to work (and get you into the BIOS) are:-

CPU fan to motherboard CPU header.
Two power connections to motherboard.
Power connections to GPU if required.
Case power switch header.

Worry about everything else once you know it'll boot.
