Estimate would be 700£.

I need case
Ssd 12x samsung most likely
Sata hd 1tb ......

Intel i5 4670k is looking good.
Mobo must have 4 memory slots
Nvidia
Memory 2 4gb sticks for now with posible upgrade

I will have 24" monitor or 32" hd tv.

Overclocking is not needed. Unless pc can do it itselfe. )

I realy need help with mobo and memory combo.
Thats is my weak spot.

Z97 board + non-overclockable CPU? Waste imo

The new 4690k has literally just been released, why not go for that? (Yes, it can literally be overclocked by itself :)

Again, the i5 4690k should be coming soon :)
Also, I'd switch the ASRock board out for something a bit better, maybe a Gigabyte or Asus or MSI.
