I understand that residential building works are restricted to the hours of

08.00am to 18.00pm on Monday to Friday and 08.00am to 13.00pm on Saturday, with no working on Sunday or Bank Holidays

What i cant find even with my friend google is the penalties for ignoring this. Can anyone let me know what it is to point me to a link. Im drafting a letter for some inconsiderate builders.

Nothing about penalties though. I am sure a letter addressed to the client mentioning the law clause would be adequate.
