Building Sand Removal

When I bought my house there was a bag of building sand left on it, I need to get rid of it now.

What would be the best way to get rid of it?
I've put an advert on Gumtree but if there are any other methods I'm all ears!

Just spread it around your garden with a shovel. Even a 1 ton drop bag worth wont go very far.
