Building website advice

Can someone point me in the direction of the best free programme to use to get a website up and running.

I was using "antenna" which was pretty dam good tbh, but i didn't publishthe site i built and they tried to charge me for using it again.

Could people point me in the right direction to a simular easy to use web design tool?

This isn't braking NDA's as its not a link to competitive websites.

Wouldn't have paid a penny for that. Looks like the company site was made using it, and the code is terrible. Reckon you've been ripped off there.

I would have either used a pre-packaged content management system like WordPress - it's pretty flexible and there are loads of themes for it, so you can get a site going without having to know too much HTML - or just bitten the bullet and learned to code myself. You won't build a decent site from scratch using a program like Antenna.
