Well after putting together my first water cooled PC just over a month ago, I just couldn't resist the temptation of a Q6600 setup.

So I ordered the CPU, an Asus Maximus Extreme and 2 GB OCZ DDR3-1600. I added an additional water loop to seperate the components, some new fans, two new reserviors and a Laing DCC-1T pump.

So here's the before and after pics so far.

here's rough low down the the final spec:

Q6600 running at 430 x 9 = 3.85Ghz
Asus Maximus Extreme
OCZ 2GB DDR3 PC3 1600
2 x Saphire 2900Pro @ 850/1000
2 x Samsung Tspin 500GB
Fatal1y Sound Card
Antec 850W
Silvertsone TJ07

Cooling
1 x ThermoChill PA120.3 Triple Radiator
1 x Black ICE GT Stealth 240 XFlow Double Radiator
2 x Alphacool 5.25" Bay Slot-In Reservoir Black
1 x Swiftech Apogee GT Extreme Performance CPU Waterblock - Rev.2
2 x EK FCR600 Crossfire - Acetal
1 x Laing D5 Vario 12V Pump
1 x Laing DCC-1T Pump
Feser One UV Orange Coolant 1Lt
Feser One UV Purple Coolant 1Lt

I've still got a lot of tweaking to do, but so far I've got 19602 in 3DMark06 which I'm well chuffed with!

Predator m8 very, very nice.

Nice to actually see your waterfall feature:D Instead of specs in the O/C section

I guess you have a clear side panel to show the waterfall feature

Do you have the 1 x Black ICE GT Stealth 240 XFlow Double Radiator mounted in the roof of case? or adjacent to the 120.3?

Cheers!

Its been weeks and weeks in the planning. Then days to build it!

I have a lot of respect for guys on this forum who build water cooled PC's now, becuase its not as easy as it looks!

Don't laugh but no I don't have a window yet. I just couldn't get that version of the case anywhere when i ordered it. Yes the ICE GT is in the roof, screwed to the top mesh. I did originally order the Thermochill 120.2, but didn't realise how thick it was LOL. I have to say though, the GT is a fantastic rad considering its size.
