Built in ati hd3000

The 3300 onboard only has 40 stream processors if I recall so will barely run any games, it may run older stuff like countrstrike on low res but I'd get a cheap discrete card if you want to play games
 
It will play half life 2 at a lower resolution I would think, but not much more than that. If it's something specific, give it a try.

£45 can get you a second hand 8800GT that will play almost anything.
