Built system, now need a graphics card..

This is my rig so far. I will mainly be doing HD video editing, but maybe a bit of gaming (power hungry ones like COD, Crysis and Far Cry 2)

Can you recommend a decent graphics card to keep around my £700 budget at around the price of £150?

Unfortunately I'm not allowed to start dis-assembling the Dell, the family would like it as its still a bit of a demon for their needs i.e. internet browsing and word processing. I mainly want an upgrade to overclock (Dell's don't allow it ) and a slightly better graphics card as my current one is starting to struggle with my dual monitor setup. I can't get a graphics card upgrade as the Dell is in a slimline case.

I will at first try and get the OEM from Dell to work, if no to will have to go out and buy an OS.

Got a few external HDD's to make use of
