Built To Order ??

Hey,
I wanted to order one of ocUK cases - Phantom 410 but the stock availability is "Built To Order". Can anyone explain what does that mean? (their short explanation is not really helpful to me)

Best posting in the Customer Service section for staff to confirm this but at a guess OCUK will install the Noise Dampening kit for you. Otherwise you can buy the case on it's own without the dampening kit.
