Im looking to fit low energy bulbs in the kitchen light but im not sure of the type of bulb. This is what they currently have:

Its marked with "Tesco 40w 240v A1" which makes me think its an A1 type bulb but they dont seem to exist according to google. R80 is the closest i found and they are much larger. This bulb is 45mm wide by 80mm long.

This is the light which has 4 of these things:

Seems kinda wasteful having 160w of bulbs for a single light. Hence me looking to replace them :)

While we're on a roll here ive made a bit of a boneheaded move and smashed the bathroom light cover :o

This is the light:

Ill probably have to just buy a new light because google turns up nothing for "massive 157415" or any other numbers on that fixture so will anything fit in that space as long as its IP44 rated? I mean those two star screws holding the current fixture in place, it will be the same for other lights and i wont have to go drilling new holes in the ceiling etc?
