I'm currently sorting through masses of old photos, both taken with digital cameras and scanned in from physical prints, slides* and negatives, which has led me to the conclusion that I need a way to edit the exif and file names quickly and easily.
Ideally something that works like Calibre, at least on the surface IE you select a bunch and then work through just filling in the details for the meta data/exif, would be great as I've got a huge number already on the PC to do, and probably a couple of thousand more awaiting scanning
I've got Paintshop Pro Ultimate but I haven't seen anything in it that looks like it'll do the job (it looks like it can delete existing exif data but not add to it in batches).
*I still have nightmares about scanning them in years later as they were fiddly and slow (also the reason I put 32gb in my machine when I last updated).
