Well i did it last year, went from 8.5st to 11.5st in a couple of months, but then came down ill over xmas and lost a lot of weight, been toying with the idea of bulking up again so need a look over my diet plan.

Ignore the days, they are all the same.

Diet plan

What is the best way of getting protein out of eggs? Scrambled? Poached?
Is porridge the best to have or something else?

Do you think it's a bit too much bread to be consuming, it worked last time but i want some more guidance.

As i said, last time i went from 8.5st to 11.5st in about 3 months it was.

I want to do this extreme again to be honest.

I weigh 10st 2 now and want to get to about 12.5st and then start cutting.

I am taking whey protein as well as i will be doing 3 days splits of heavy lifting and little cardio.

Before anyone says, im not into steriods lol

Thanks,

Andy

An egg is an egg but boiled or scrambled are better options than frying because they will obviously be less fatty whilst giving the same amount of protein.

Just curious how in the list that your protein shake gives 78g of protein from 25g of whey? :p

thats not quite true it seems, i will let someone else explain but it seems that scrambled eggs is not good (in comparison)!

OP: how much of your 3stone bulk (in 3 months) was lean mass?

I don't know anything about this could someone explain to me? Unless of course we are talking about what it is used to cook it (butter).

This is the third time you've posted exactly the same diet and asked for advice and you've not changed a single thing.

Stick to that diet and get fat or take on board the advice people will give you and create a decent diet plan.

Dude your diet is a mess and will just make you fat. Too much protein, too many carbs, too many calories and not enough fat or vegetables... infact do you eat any?
Says it all really.

Something to do with oxidation (or something) of the yolk and something else. I can't (and won't) explain it good enough :D

I would chnage you plan around to something like:

Wake: 25g whey in water

8:00am - 80g oats in 200ml skimmed milk
- 5 egg whites (you can get these in bottle form and mix themn with your protein drink)
- 200ml fruit juice

10:30am - Piece of fruit
- Tuna Steak
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- sunflower seeds

1:00pm - 100g chicken breast \ fish
- 60g wholegrain rice
- Item Of fruit

4:00pm - Piece of fruit
- 2x wholemeal pita bread
- whey drink in water
- Handfuf of mixed nuts

6:00 (if this is PWO) whey in water

7:00 - Chicken breast or makerel
- 2 medium sweet potatoes \ rice \ couscous
- Plenty of vegetables
- 5ml fish oil

8:30 - 50g porrige oats
- Chicken breast
- 100ml skimmed milk

11:00 - Whey in 100ml milk.

Total calories: 2800ish (this is a guess and is probably way outO)

This sort of diet may suit you better
