Bulldog Problems

Hi all,

a little while back I was short on cash so Bulldog canceled my account,

so I had no phone line and no broadband and they didn't tell me.

Now I signed myself up with pipex and BT again so all is good and well, problem is though I've just had my bank statement through and I've been debited £169.95 from bulldog :confused:

That was on the 13th of November. 2 weeks after they had canceled my account.

Now I had agreed to any 12 month contract or anything, so it couldn't of been cancellation fees.

I'm not entirely sure why this has happened.

But since you can't ring Bulldog anymore, and I'll never get a response if I email them, can anyone suggest what I can do to get my cash back?

every number i try just gets a recorded message asking me to email them

I have had no problems with bulldog(cross fingers)phoning them has been no problem & have gotten through every time but that was only to get info for setting up my modem a long time ago.

Pipex now own Bulldog so things may improve for others.

Better not cap my unlimited 8Mb service.
