Sorry for possibly obvious question,

if I buy

will it come pre-built? So I will only need to stick it in my case and plug in the power and hdd/gpu and stuff?
Also will I need to do the BIOS update thing I've been reading about for the new CPUs?
Trying to make this upgrade as easy as possible
