Bundle for £350 - £450

Currently have a Gigabyte 880 mobo, phenom 2 dual core and his 6950 and 8 gig ram. Doesn't have to be cutting edge but would like a bundle of cpu,mobo and ram. Don't play many games now assetto corsa and dirt rally mainly but I do usually have a lot of browser windows open.

Is it worth just upgrading cpu and ram to a phenom 2, 4 or 6 core or go for a bundle?

My mate is running with my old phenom 2 x6 1090t, 8gb ddr3 and 7950 and he has no complaints hes even happy playing some games with it.

for what youre saying youre usage is going to be that's what I would look at.
