Will this bundle http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-015-OE Come pre-built or will it come separately? If it comes separately will I will have to flash the bios on the motherboard to the latest?

Bundles Generally come with everything except for the CPU heatsink/fan installed AFAIK.

Unless the bundle is overclocked or some such i doubt it will be already constructed, the purpose of these bundles afaik is to provide you with a set of part which are 100% compatible..
