At my work we have decided to start trying different burger joints, but we don't want the usual GBK, Honest, Byrons etc.

So far we have done

Nelsons - https://www.lordnelsonsouthwark.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/AB-MENU-2.pdf

and

Burger Craft - https://www.burgercraft.co.uk/menu

Both of which were excellent burgers and close enough to the office to go to for Lunch (we are 5 minutes from Waterloo station)

This will be fairly niche I know due to the location requirements, but I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations?

had a burger in the Thirsty Bear that was ok, but i'd a few by then and was starving... I'd still probably rather go to Honest though. If you fancied a bit more of a mission eatdirtyburger.com in Vaxhall is good

Thirsty Bear is fairly ok, but lets be honest you have to be spending quite a bit more to be getting something special. All these £10-£15 burger places all taste the same. Wouldn't be surprised if they all use the same supplier.

Bleecker Burger used to have a stand down on Southbank, not sure if they are still there? They might be worth a try, reviews have been a little bit up and down mind you. Some people heap praise their way while there are also some quite harsh reviews too.

Forgot about this. Fire Station might be worth a look and I think there is a new burger joint about to open on lower marsh which will be tried.

Thirsty Bear however looks to be the one I need to propose for next time.
