Burn freezing/eating HDD space

Every time I try to burn a DVD using 'Burn' it freezes and either gives me an error or crashes. I have also lost about 3GB of HDD space through all of this.

How do I get it back?

edit: could I also get a recommendation for some other software to use? Burn worked fine on my pb, but I'm on a MBP now...

Toast Titanium is pretty good, not too sure why your having problems, it's probably software related rather than hardware.

Try burning at a slower speed as the Mac superdrives sometimes have problems at fast speeds.

You can get the space back by deleting the temp burn files left behind.

Not having much luck are you Chex?
