Burned out laptop

hi all

i recently got a hold of a dead laptop that died when it got wet. I reckon it just killed the motherboard judging by the watermark What i wonder is what is the chances the that the other components survived the ram chips look alright but what about the gfx card? Just trying to consider is it worth repairing.

thats the problem its a dell inspiron 8600 i dont have anything compatable to test the gfx on. Are the odds good or bad on it working?

built in you say? than whats the card with the fan that connects to the motherboard with monitor pins with NVIDA written on it
my first laptop ive torn apart so who knows
