Burnin software

I have a stack of about 15 laptops in work I need to go through, to see which are decent.

So Im looking for some decent/free burnin software that I can run overnight and see which laptops survive

Any ideas?

I read it as burn-in, rather than burning

Probably some of the overclockers favourite test tools would be a good start, like Orthos/Prime and the like.

Burning as in stress testing? Prime would be my recommendation

prime is ok, however it wont stress the HDD, nor the memmory of the laptop which is what I am after doing as well

I googled for "all-in-one PC stress test" and found this - never used it myself, but it looks as though it might do the job.

Hmm, don't forget that most of the popular stress testers as you say will only test components that people overclock. However they're not bad - perhaps you could run those - and then afterwards run a few really long scans with HDTune.

At the end of the day if a hard drive is going to fail...well....

Never used it but PassMark BurnIn Test, looks like it'd do the job. Not free but has a 30 day trial.

Hope you have good insurance though, not sure I'd want 15 laptops trying to burn themselves out overnight! lol.
