Hi

I am trying to burn a 6 channel avi to DVD. However when I put it in the DVD player I have no sound.

I have tried to use DVD Flick, but it gives an error about not being able to load the sound due to being 6 channels.

Is there a noob friendly way of doing this ? :/

Probably not :)

Are you just burning the file to the DVD as data, or are you converting it to DVD video first? If you're just putting it on as a .avi then you need to find out what what video and audio codecs it contains (.avi is just a container for other video and audio streams). Use mediainfo and let us know what it says:

Probably the avi contains divx or xvid video and perhaps ac3 or mp3 audio, and your player can decode the video but not the audio streams.
