Burning Blu rays

Would like to know what programme some of you's use to convert your blu ray movies and software you use to burn them to disk. I having problems with some of mine stuttering when played back on my Samsung BD P1600 player.

I have been using AVS Video Converter to convert to blu ray (as most of mine are mt2s) and also use this programme to burn them to.

I use pavtube blu ray ripper.I was looking for a Bluray ripper and this one had good reviews on a few sites that tested them. I downloaded a demo version and found it was definitly worth buying. One thing I liked about the demo version is that it ripped the whole movie, not just the first 2 minutes. It allowed me to get a good idea of the file size to quality ratio.
