Basically, ive not played WOW for a good 4 or 5 months, as ive not had a pc suitable to play it, but ive got a new laptop coming and fancy having another crack.

Is it worth getting the burning crusade as well if im starting afresh? Is the place filled with blood elves and the other new class as a result of the BC?

I think i gave away my original WOW to big stan when i sold him my laptop, so looks like ill have to buy both of em :)

Im just trying to decide whether to buy the collectors edition, which is about twice the price of buying both seperately.

well if you got to wait a week for your laptop you might as well shop around on some online stores and find it cheaper :)

Im pretty tempted by the collectors edition, cheapest ive seen is £49.99 though, some dood on ebay is selling it for £119!

You get a unique pet, mouse mat, soundtrack and a few other things, a nice box i suppose :)

sounds nice but i wouldnt bother with all that its just for show just save your money and get the standard editions you can get:
wow for £9.99
burning crusade for £17.99

Im giving my wow to my m8, started guild wars level 8 now seems good but the enviroments are bland compared to wow and it seems to lack.

So off to buy another copy of wow and mibi burning crusade and get back to it maybe. al give guild wars some more time :)

if you can still remember your account details then you dont even need to pay that much. Get the £1.49 trial version on DVD (available from many High street rip-off merchants) as you dont need to put your CD key in again just fire the game up and enter your old account name and password. viola!

and as said TBC is available for around £17 delivered

I was away from WoW for 6 months, downloaded the expansion through the new deal with Blizzard on Tuesday, been hooked again since

TBC is awesome

yeah have to say BC is really rather good.

i moved with a few friends to one of the newly opening realms, Bronze Dragonflight.

and having a lot of fun with the new content and instances.

currently only 67 but getting there.....

well worth it for around £18 if bought online.

i did get the collectors as i also have the CE of original Wow.

Whats the mouse mat and other bits like in the CE, worth the cash? (or is yours all but sealed still and untouched).
