Burning iso to hard drive

I have a 250mb iso image that I want to burn to a folder on my hard drive. Can I do this? If so, how?

You can use WinISO or a similar program to extract all the files from it.

Surely any decent extraction program should work? 7-Zip will do this.

Thanks for that. I have just bought it! I have dragged my iso file into the main area but how do I now burn that to CD?

You want to burn the ISO to CD? Use ImgBurn.
